普外术后患者胃肠减压不适症状的护理干预
Nursing intervention for unwell symptoms of gastrointestinal decompression of the patients after general surgery

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention for unwell symptoms of gastrointestinal decompression of the postoperative patients of general surgery.Methods:140 patients after general surgery were selected from October 2012 to October 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given nursing intervention.We compared the clinical treatment effect of the two groups. Results:There were obvious differences in the exhaust time,gastric tube indwelling time,hospitalization time of the two groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);in the observation group,postoperative discomfort reaction rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the observation group and the control group,there was significant difference of nursing job satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention for gastrointestinal decompression of the postoperative patients of general surgery can effectively promote the recovery of patients and reduce the patient's symptoms.It also had certain positive significance to improve the patients' satisfaction to nursing care.It was worthy of popularization and application.关键词
