Effect observation of oral nursing liquid used in children stomatitis for reducing the pain in children and speeding up the healing

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of oral nursing liquid for children with aphthous stomatitis.Methods:118 cases of stomatitis patients were selected from August 2013 to August 2014.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 59 cases in each group.The observation group was given oral nursing with oral nursing liquid with special configuration,and the control group was given oral nursing with physiological saline. We compared clinical effect.Results:After the oral care,in the observation group,42 cases were markedly effective;15 cases were effective;2 cases were invalid;the total effective was 96.61%.In the control group,18 cases were markedly effective;32 cases were effective;9 cases were invalid;the total efficiency was 84.75% ;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the pain disappeared time and ulcer healing time were significantly shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral nursing liquid with special configuration used in children stomatitis for oral nursing can quickly relieve pain,accelerate wound healing.It was worthy of clinical application.关键词
