Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of carrying out the high quality nursing service in blood collection room of outpatient service.Methods:At 1 year before and after of carrying out the high quality nursing service in blood collection room of outpatient service,2 000 patients received blood test were randomly selected,1 000 patients per year,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group.We retrospectively analyzed patients' satisfaction to nursing in clinic.Results:Before carrying out high quality nursing,nursing satisfaction of patients was 85.8% ,and the average score was (80.4 ± 4.2)points;at 1 year after carrying out the high quality nursing service,patients' satisfaction to nursing care reached 95.9% ,and the average score was (91.3±3.1) points;each index was significantly better than the quality of nursing service in the former,and the difference had statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In blood collection room of outpatient service,carrying out high-quality care can effectively improve the problems existed in nursing care,improve patient satisfaction with nurse work,and promote the harmonious relationship between patients and nurses.It also had important significance for improving the nursing level of whole blood collection room and hospital outpatient.关键词
