Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of community prevention and intervention on stroke high risk population.Methods:Combined with the ministry of health stroke screening and prevention engineering work.The center was three level network of screening points in stroke screening control.We investigated 2628 residents above 40 years old in the community,through the questionnaire survey,physical examination,blood glucose and blood lipid testing,333 people were in line with the conditions of cerebral stroke high risk populations,for high-risk groups,they were given carotid ultrasonography and blood homocysteine screening,high-risk groups were given community prevention and comprehensive intervention,including life style of health education,medication guidance,regular checkups,community rehabilitation and so on.Results:After the intervention,blood lipid, blood glucose,blood pressure,BMI,homocysteine levels of high risk population were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),carotid atherosclerosis and plaque degree were reduced,anticoagulant poly drug was more normative,tobacco and alcohol,high fat high salt less vegetables,less exercise,fat and other unhealthy living way were obviously improved.Conclusion:Comprehensive prevention and intervention in the community,can reduce the incidence of stroke,it was significant for stroke prevention.关键词
