徐州市市区高血压患者不良生活方式的调查分析及干预对策
Investigation,analysis and intervention measures of unheathy lifetyles of hypertension patients in city center of Xuzhou City
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To understand currently main unheathy lifetyles of hypertension patients in city center of Xuzhou City,to preferably provide the basis for effective health education and clinical intervention in hypertension patients.Methods:Using random sampling method,200 cases of hypertension patients were selected in city center of Xuzhou city and given face to face questionnaire survey.Results:In 193 cases of hypertension patients,40.44% patients knew the diagnosis criteria of hypertension;53.37% were halophilic;36.79% were smoking;32.64% were drinking;50.26% were exercise regularly;34.72% were seldom or even never exercise;42.49% were essential hypertension with family history.At present,61.45% were using non drug treatment.In hypertension patients with using the drug control,56.49% medication compliance was poor.Conclusion:The unheathy lifetyles of hypertension patients are many,and there are individual differences.This suggests that we should strengthen the community health management and health education of hypertension patients,strengthen the self health care guidance of hypertension patients.关键词
