Abstract
Objective:To analyze the prevalence of scattered weak children in 0~6 years old children in Jingshan street community of Dongcheng District in Beijing,in order to guide the health care on scattered weak children.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the examination result of scattered children who registered in health care department of Jingshan street community Beijing Dongcheng district from January 2009 to December 2013.Contrast detection rate of scattered children in each year in this community residence between scattered children registrated in Beijing and other provinces,analysis clinical characteristics of scattered children of household registration in the city and other provinces.And we compared the difference in disease incidence of different age in two groups.Results:In recent 5 years,the detection rate of weak children among scattered children outside the province were significantly higher than scattered children of the city residence(P>0.05).Disease distribution of frail child registration in the city was no statistical difference within 5 years(P>0.05),and the highest incidence was overweight(P<0.05);frail child disease distribution among Beijing scattered children was no statistical difference within 5 years(P>0.05);the highest incidence were anemia and overweight(P<0.05).At the same time,within 5 years frail child anemia rate of scattered children outside the province was obviously higher than inside Beijing scattered children(P<0.05).Each year,the incidence of anemia in scattered children outside the province 0~2 years old was significantly higher than that of the city's household registration scattered children(P<0.05);while the incidence of anemia in 3~6 years old children has no significant difference between scattered children outside the province and inside children(P>0.05).Conclusion:In Jingshan street of Dongcheng District of Beijing,frail child detection rate of scattered children in other provinces was higher than the city's household registration scattered children,especially anemia incidence in 0~2 age old.It was significantly higher than scattered children that of the city's household registration.关键词
