高压氧治疗急性脑梗死的临床分析
Clinical analysis of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective:To analyze hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:83 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the research group(43 cases) and the control group(40 cases). The control group received routine treatment,and the study group on the basis of the control group treated with hyperbaric oxygen treatment.We observed and recorded the adverse reactions of the two groups of patients and clinical effect,and then analyzed those. Results:The total study group of clinical effectiveness and adverse reaction rates were 97.67% and 0;the control group were 75.00% and 15.00%;the study group was better than that in the control group,and there was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of acute cerebral infarction is good.It is effective and safe,and it is worth using.关键词
