Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of postoperative atelectasis,to provide reference for future clinical nursing care.Methods:36 cases of postoperative atelectasis patients were selected,in the bedside monitoring oxygen therapy or mechanical ventilation,after surface anesthesia,fiberoptic bronchoscopy was placed into the jam department for bronchoalveolar lavage.We observed the clinical manifestations,chest X-ray,and transcutaneous oxygen saturation index before and after examination.Results:After treatment,lung reexpansion was completely in 30 cases(83%);partial reexpansion was in 5 cases(14% );1 case(3% ) was without reexpansion.There was no serious complications associated with bronchoscope treatment.Conclusion:Fiberoptic bronchoscopy had many advantages,such as accurate positioning,convenient operation,safety,reliable effect,via fiberoptic bronchoalveolar lavage played an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of postoperative atelectasis.关键词
