Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of small dose Betaloc in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.Mehods:68 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.All patients were treated with cardiac,diuretic and vasodilator and some conventional treatment,the treatment group with a small dose of metoprolol from 12.5 mg/d at the beginning,3~7 d later increased to 25 mg/d,and then gradually increase to 50~75 mg/d.Results:The treatment group of total effectiveness was 85.29% ;the control group of total effectiveness was 52.94% ;after treatment, the total efficiency of two groups,the heart rate and cardiac function of the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with chronic congestive heart failure with digitalis and diuretics on the basis of the treatment,with a small dose of metoprolol treatment not only improve heart function,but also prevent ventricular enlargement,it can reverse ventricular remodeling,thereby reducing mortality.关键词
