Clinical effect observation of sublingual administering dermatophagoides farinae drops in the treatment of children with allergic asthma

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of sublingual administering dermatophagoides farinae drops in the treatment of children with allergic asthma.Methods:70 cases of allergic asthma children from May 2010 to June 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group were treated with inhaled corticosteroids and the treatment group were treated with sublingual administering dermatophagoides farinae dropsWe compared the symptoms grade and self efficacy of the two groups after treatment for 14 weeks.Results:The daytime and nighttime symptom scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.3% and that of the control group was 71.4%,and the difference between groups was statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sublingual administering dermatophagoides farinae drops in the treatment of children with allergic asthma had exact clinical effect and could improve the patient's asthma symptoms significantly and had no obvious adverse reaction,with positive value of clinical use.关键词
