Abstract
Objective:To research the application effect of sevoflurane and propofol anesthesia in shoulder dislocation.Methods:The control group treatment received sevoflurane gas inhalation anesthesia.The research group received propofol intravenous anesthesia.We analyzed two anesthetic effect.Results:The research group T2,T3,T4 of HR,SP,DP levels were lower than those of the control group,and each postoperative recovery time was less than the control group.After analgesia,VAS score was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Propofol compared with sevoflurane,propofol can maintain hemodynamic stability of the patients with shoulder reattachment surgery,and it can enhance the analgesic effect.关键词
