克龄蒙治疗妇女围绝经期综合征的临床疗效观察
Clinical effect observation of climen in the treatment of female with perimenopausal syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the situation and clinical effect of climen in the treatment of female with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods:94 patients with perimenopausal syndrome from July 2012 to July 2014 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the draw method.The two groups were treated with the conventional methods and climen respectively.We compared the clinical diagnosis and treatment situation of both groups.Results:After treatment,the endometrial thickness and hot flashes score of the observation group were better than that of the control group,and the clinical total effective rate(93.62%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(61.70%).The differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Climen in the treatment of female with perimenopausal syndrome had significant effect and could promote the indicators of patients to normal effectively,which improved the efficacy of clinical treatment and patients’ quality of life.关键词
