Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of carboprost tromethamine in the prevention and treatment of intranperative and postoperative cesarean bleeding in high-risk puerpera.Methods:80 cases of high-risk puerperal treated with cesarean delivery from July 2011 to August 2014 were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the clinical treatment,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were injected with oxytocin,and the treatment group were injected with carboprost tromethamine.We observing the clinical results of the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative 4 h blood loss,postoperative 24 h blood loss of the treatment group were less than that of the control group,and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Carboprost tromethamine in the prevention and treatment of cesarean bleeding loss in high-risk puerperal had significant clinical effect,worthy of promotion and application.关键词
