Application of alprostadil combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of hypercoagulable status in elderly patients with tumor
目的：对前列地尔联合低分子肝素钙在老年肿瘤高凝状态治疗中的应用效果进行分析与探讨。方法：2013年5月-2014年4月收治老年肿瘤高凝状态患者50例，以随机方式将其平均分为两组，即对照组与观察组。对照组实施肝素钙联合肿瘤综合治疗；在对照组治疗基础上，观察组加用前列地尔治疗；对比两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗前后与两组治疗后的血小板差异性比较明显(P＜0.05)，有统计学意义；观察组治疗前后D-dimer差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组…查看全部>>
