Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of Long-term use of antipsychotics in schizophrenic patients with metabolic. Methods:100 patients with schizophrenia and the course more than 5 years,long-term use of antipsychotics as the treatment group, 100 cases with healthy people as the control group.the treatment group were divided into three groups:the duration of the treatment group by less than 10 years(group 1),10 to 20 years(group 2),greater than 20 years(group 3).We compared body mass index, fasting glucose,total cholesterol,triglycerides of the three groups to analyze whether the association between duration of disease and various indicators.Results: ① The treatment group of body mass index,fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol, triglycerides,comparing with the control group,P<0.05,had significant difference.②The group 1,group 2,group 3 of body mass index,fasting glucose,triglycerides had no significant difference;total cholesterol of group 2 was significantly higher than group 1, P<0.05,there was statistically significant;but there were no statistically significant between groups 1 and 3,groups 2 and group 3. Conclusion:Long-term use of antipsychotics may increase body mass index, fasting glucose, total cholesterol,triglycerides,impact on metabolism.Duration of 20 years in patients with total cholesterol was significantly higher than in patients with disease duration of 10 years.关键词
