Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with chronic congestive heart failure.Methods:82 cases of patients with coronary heart disease combined with chronic congestive heart failure were treated.The control group were given conventional treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure,the experimental group were given trimetazidine on the basis of conventional treatment of heart failure,the therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group 92.7% was significantly higher than that of the control group 65.9% (P<0.05).Supersonic graph of the two groups were improved,but the experimental group improved more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trimetazidine combined with conventional treatment in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with chronic congestive heart failure had better curative effect and less adverse reaction.关键词
