Abstract
Objective:To realize the clinical effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation combined Shenmai injection on COPD respiratory failure in elderly with heart failure.Mrthods:50 patients with accepting noninvasive positive pressure ventilation combined Shenmai injection on COPD respiratory failure in elderly with heart failure and over 60 years of age were selected from 2011 to 2013 as the observation group;50 patients with conventional therapy alone combined noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of COPD respiratory failure in elderly patients with heart failure as the control group.We compared the clinical indicators such as PaO2,PaCO2,pH value,and changes in blood pressure of two groups.Results:Comparing with the previous treatment,two groups of patients in clinical indicators PaO2,PaCO2,pH value,etc.were significantly improved;patients in the observation group improved significantly better than the control group;there were statistically significant(P<0.05).2 groups were used the average time for three month follow-up;during the two groups of patients diastolic,systolic blood pressure and heart rate have improved significantly;patients in the observation group were better than control group;there were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation combined Shenmai injection on COPD respiratory failure in elderly with heart failure is good.It will not cause severe irritation to the patient's body.It has the advantage of safe and efficient,and it is worth promoting.关键词
