人免疫球蛋白、川芎嗪治疗过敏性紫癜的临床观察
Clinical observation of human immunoglobulin and ligustrazine in the treatment of allergic purpura
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the efficacy and safety of human immunoglobulin and ligustrazine in the treatment of allergic purpura.Methods:126 patients with allergic purpura were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group with 86 cases,the control group with 40 cases.Two groups were used conventional therapy,anti-allergy,such as vitamin C and calcium.The observation group was intravenous infusion immunoglobulin 400 mg/(kg·d) on this basis,the duration were 3d;ligustrazine hydrochloride 2~4 mg/(kg·d).Results:The total efficiency of the observation group was 96.5%;the control group was 80%;there was statistically significant P<0.01.Conclusion:Human Immunoglobulin,ligustrazine hydrochloride are the effective and safe drug in the treatment of allergic purpura.关键词
