纤维蛋白原及相关基因多态性与脑梗死类型的相关性研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To reaserch the correlation of fibrinogen(Fg)and related gene polymorphisms and infarction type.Methods:80 patients with infarction were selected from August 2013 to August 2014 as the research object,selecting the same period 80 cases of healthy people as the control group,using enzyme combined reaction-restriction enzyme to analyze gene polymorphism, measuring Fg plasma concentration and molecular aggregation function parameters.Results:PCI group and MCI group of FMPV was significantly higher than the control group,MCI group of Fg concentration and FMPV/Amax were significantly higher than that of control group,and the MCI group of FMPV/Amax was significantly higher than that of PCI group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fibrinogen and related gene polymorphisms and infarction type has a close association,clinical diagnosis and treatment process should focus on changes in the concentration of Fg.关键词
