摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the early renal function changes assessment and clinical significance of ultrasonic imaging technology for patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:75 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into the normal diabetes group and the early diabetic nephropathy group;40 cases of health were chosen as the control group.Results:There were statistical significant differences of local blood capacity,absolute value of reaching peak,reaching peak time,local blood flow and mean transit time among the control group and the normal group and the early diabetic nephropathy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound imaging had the advantages of real-time, effective and noninvasive and could display the early renal hemodynamic changes sensitively and assessed the renal reserve function in patients with compensatory diabetic nephropathy and the damaged kidney function quantitatively.关键词
