Abstract
Objective:To exolore the application value of CT enhancement scan and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in bladder cancer TNM staging.Methods:180 patients with bladder cancer diagnosed by CT enhancement scan,contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and operation were selected from March 2013 to July 2014.All patients were examined by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and CT enhanced scan.Results:This group of patients confirmed by pathological staging revealed stage Ta 84 cases,stage T1 36 cases,T2a 15 cases,T2b 15 cases,T3a 9 cases,T3b 9 cases,T4a 4 cases,T4b 4 cases.Enhanced CT scan detected 69 cases of stage Ta,stage T1 33 cases,T2a 15 cases,stage T2b 15 cases,T3a 9 cases,T3b 9 cases,T4a 4 cases,T4b 4 cases;CT enhanced scanning diagnosis coincidence rate was 91.7%.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound check out Ta 52 cases,T1 33 cases,T2a 15 cases,stage T2b 15 cases,T3a 9 cases,T3b 9 cases,T4a 4 cases,T4b 4 cases;contrast-enhanced ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 96.7%.There was no statistical significance compared with the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:There was little difference between contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and CT enhancement scan in the diagnosis of bladder carcinoma and TNM staging.They both have the advantages of no radiation and low cost,both of the two can be used as an important basis for diagnosis of bladder cancer,which are worthy the clinical promotion.关键词
