甲状腺微小癌术中冰冻切片病理诊断准确性探讨

Abstract
Objective:To explore the pathological diagnosis criteria,accuracy,reasons for misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of frozen section from intraoperative thyroid microcarcinoma.Methods:524 patients with thyroid from July 2010 to July 2014 were treated and the pathological diagnosis of intraoperative frozen section and routine paraffin section were analyzed.Results:41 cases of patients with thyroid microcarcinoma were papillary microcarcinoma and the lesion detection rate was 12.8%.29 cases was diagnosed in operation and the diagnosis rate was 71%.5 cases had delayed diagnosis due to various factors,and the delayed diagnosis rate was 12%.5 cases had mistake diagnosis and the mistake diagnostic rate was 12%.2 cases had misdiagnosis and the missed diagnosis was 5% .All of thyroid microcarcinoma in the misdiagnosis were false negative,with no false positive cases. Conclusion:The pathological diagnosis of frozen section had important significance for determining the nature of thyroid lesions and the treatment and prevention of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis and improving the treatment efficiency.The staff grasped the frozen section characteristics of all thyroid cancer comprehensively to improve the pathological diagnosis accuracy of thyroid microcarcinoma.关键词
