高频彩超、钼靶及两者联合应用在乳腺癌早期诊断中的价值
The value of high-frequency ultrasound,mammography,and their combination in the early diagnosis of breast cancer

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the value of high-frequency ultrasound, mammography,and their combination in the early diagnosis of breast cancer,and analyze the results.Methods:93 patients with the postoperative pathology of breast cancer were selected from January 2011 to September 2014The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.In the diagnostic criteria for pathological results,we compared high frequency color doppler ultrasound X-ray mammography and the two joint inspection,three kinds of diagnostic methods in the early diagnosis of breast cancer in the accuracy and sensitivity.Results:93 cases of early breast cancer patients;76 cases(81.7% )of high-frequency color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis were malignant;X-ray mammography diagnosis of malignant suspicious were 67 cases(72.0% );both joint diagnosed 83 cases(89.2% )of malignant suspicious,there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-frequency ultrasound and X-ray mammography and their combination in early breast cancer diagnosis,the accuracy and sensitive are better than using only a single detection method.It can significantly improve the sensitivity of a positive diagnosis,reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate.There is a high clinical value.关键词
