分层次管理在临床护理管理中的应用效果研究
Application effect exploration of hierarchical management in clinical nursing management
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of hierarchical management in clinical nursing management.Methods:68 cases of nursing staff college degree and above were divided into the control group and the observation group on the basis of high and low title,with 34 cases in each group.The control group were applied with routine nursing management mode and the observation group were applied with hierarchical management model.We compared the nurses' mastering of theoretical knowledge, the clinical operation technology level,the doctors satisfaction,the patients satisfaction and nursing staff's own feeling in the two groups.Results:The nurses' mastering of theoretical knowledge,the clinical operation technology level,the doctors satisfaction,the patients satisfaction and nursing staff's own feeling in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences of all aspects above in the control group between before and after the conventional management and in the observation group between before and after the component hierarchy management(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hierarchical management application in hospital clinical nursing management both promoted the theoretical knowledge and operation technology level of nursing staff and enhanced their sense of responsibility to satisfy more patients and doctors,worthy of clinical generally application and promotion.关键词
