护理管理改进对综合性ICU护理质量的影响
Effect of nursing management improvement on nursing quality of comprehensive ICU
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing management improvement on nursing quality of comprehensive ICU. Methods:The nursing quality and patient satisfaction were compared before and after the nursing management improvement. Results:The nursing quality and patient satisfaction of the research group were significantly improved than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive ICU needed strengthen nursing management improvement and improve the whole quality of nursing staff and nursing quality constantly to improve the patients’ satisfaction,worthy of attention.关键词
