三级综合医院感染现患率调查分析

Abstract
Objective:Understanding the current situation and its influencing factors of nosocomial infection,to provide the basis for the development of hospital infection prevention and control measures.Methods:The bedside investigation method combined with case investigation,investigating hospitalized patients in 2012 and 2013.Results:2012 and 2013 hospital infection prevalence rates were 4.41% and 2.57%,and there was statistically significant(P<0.05);lower respiratory tract infection was the main site of infection,respectively 46.67% and 54.84%,followed by urinary tract infections,respectively 15.56% and 9.68%;pathogens were mainly Gram-negative bacteria;antibacterials day use cases and usage times were 259 cases(26.62%)and 191 cases(22.18%);drug treatment pathogenic detection rates were 20.07% and 60.21% ,and there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Raising awareness of the medical staff of infection prevention and control,developing and implementing a series of standard operating procedures to prevent and control infections can effectively prevent and control nosocomial infections.关键词
