摘要
Abstract
Clinical practice is the only way for each nursing students go to work.It is a bridge to schools and hospitals connected with each other.In the initial stage of clinical practice,clinical nursing students leave the familiar environment of learning and living.They are into unfamiliar work environment.They will appear different degree of psychological pressure.Clinical nursing students are the deepening and extension of school education.Clinical teaching is a bridge to combine theory with practice of clinical nursing students.In clinical practice,nursing students whether can flexibly apply the learned theory to guide practice.It is the key to good practice to complete the task,and it is also the primary task of the teachers.关键词
