Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of paroxetine and venlafaxine in the treatment of first-episode depression. Methods:60 patients with first-episode depression were selected from June 2013 to July 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The control group received oral treatment with paroxetine,a starting dose of 10 mg/d,and then add in a week to 30 mg/d.The observation group received venlafaxine treatment,the starting dose of 75 mg/d,and then increase to a week to 225 mg/d.Both groups were treated for six weeks.Results:Two groups of patients before treatment,HAMD and SDSS showed no statistical significance(P>0.05);after 2,4,6 weeks treatment,the observation group decreased significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The observation 21 cases were cured,the cure rate was 70% , markedly effective in 3 cases,,3 cases improved,3 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 90%;the control group 12 cases were cured,the cure rate was 40%,markedly effective in 9 cases,3 cases were improved,6 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 80%, there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paroxetine and venlafaxine were effective drugs for the treatment of first episode of depression, but venlafaxine therapy episode of depression was significantly better, worthy of promotion.关键词
