Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect and prognosis of focal debridement combined with continuous vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in the treatment of patients with chronic osteomyelitis of tibia.Methods:35 patients with chronic osteomyelitis of tibia were selected as the research object.They were divided into the vacuum sealing drainage group(group A,n=19)and the control group(group B,n=16)according to admission time.Patients were followed up for 12 months after surgery,the cure rate,recurrence rate and related complications of the two groups of patients were compared,and the difference of various treatment index were recorded.Results:①There were no significant difference between the two groups of patients with operation time and the total cost of treatment comparison(P>0.05);the hospitalization time of Group A was(29.4±3.8)days,lower than that of group B(41.5±4.8)days,the difference was significant(P<0.05).②In the course of treatment,there were no drainage tube obstruction and the situation off tube occurred in group A.the incidence rate of B group were 31.3% and 18.8%,significantly higher than those in A group(P<0.05).After treatment,19 cases of group A were cured(100%),which was significantly higher than that 10 cases of group B(62.5% ),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In postoperative patients after 12 months of follow-up,0 cases in group A recurrence, the recurrence rate was lower than that of group B 37.5% (P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with chronic osteomyelitis of tibia treated by focal debridement combined with VSD,the clinical curative effect is remarkable and is worth the clinical promotion.关键词
