Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of paroxetine in the treatment of post-stroke drepression.Methods:80 cases of patients with post-stroke drepression from January 2009 to March 2014 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients of control group were given antidepressant treatment with regular nervous system drugs,the patients of treatment group were given oral paroxetine 20 mg/d treatment on the basis of the control group,4 weeks for a period of treatment.The HAMD and clinical nerve function defect degree (CSS) score were evaluated before and after the treatment.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the depression effect of the treatment group alleviated significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The Two HAMD and clinical nerve function defect(CSS) score of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Paroxetine used in the treatment of post-stroke drepression could alleviate the patient's anxiety effectively,improve the depression symptoms of patients,and had effect on promoting patients' nerve function,the recovery of cognitive function and daily life ability aspect,and less adverse reaction,which was an ideal drug for the treatment of post-stroke depression.关键词
