PNF技术在落枕治疗中的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect observation of PNF technology in the treatment of stiff neck.Methods:60 cases of patients from June 2013 to June 2014 were randomly divided into the massage group and the exercise group,with 30 cases in each group.The massage group were given traditional Chinese massage therapy and the exercise group were treated with PNF technology.Results:There were 19 cases (63%) cured,2 cases(7%) improved and 9 cases(30%) no cured in the massage group and the total effective rate was 70%.There were 27 cases(90%) cured,2 cases(7%) improved and 1 case(3%) no cured in the exercise group and the total effective rate was 90.0%.The therapy effect of the exercise group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using PNF technology in the treatment of stiff neck had better clinical curative effect.关键词
