摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy studies of Huangqi tongmai decoction in the treatment of lower limbs thrombus vasculitis.Methods:64 cases of patients with lower limbs thrombus vasculitis from April 2013 to April 2014 were divided into two groups.Group 1 were given set of routine treatment,group 2 were treated with Huangqi tongmai decoction at the same time, the effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There were 7 cases(21.88%) of patients recovered,15 cases(46.87%) with significantly effective treatment,8 cases(25%) with effective treatment and 2 cases(6.25%) with invalid treatment in group 1.There were 16 cases(50% ) of patients recovered,13 cases (40.63% ) with significantly effective treatment,3 patients (9.37% ) with effective treatment and no cases(6.25%) with invalid treatment in group 2.There were 4 cases(12.5%) of patients with gastric ulcer, 1 case(3.13%) with itchy skin and no case with function damage of liver and kidney in group 1.There was no complications in groups 2.Conclusion:Huangqi tongmai decoction in the treatment of lower limbs thrombus vasculitis had good effect and high safety,which was a kind of treatment to be promoted.关键词
