Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect and safety of zhenqifuzheng capsules combined chemotherapy treating advanced tumor.Methods:80 cases of patients with advanced tumor from February 2011 to February 2013 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different treatment,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with single chemotherapy treatment,while the patients of observation group were treated with zhenqifuzheng capsules based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical curative effect of the two groups and the changes of peripheral blood leukocyte count,platelet count and hemoglobin content after the treatment for 1,2,3~4 weeks were observed.Results:The total remission rate of the observation group was 47.5%,which was higher than that of the control group 42.5%,and there was no statistical significant difference(P>0.05).The peripheral blood leukocyte count of the observation group in the treatment of 1,2, 3~4 weeks were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05);the platelet count and hemoglobin were higher than that of the control group,but there was no statistical significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhenqifuzheng capsules combined chemotherapy treating advanced tumor did not affect the total remission rate of chemotherapy,but had certain curative effect on the myelosuppression and leucocyte reduction caused by chemotherapy.关键词
