Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relevance of D-dimer and fibrinogen to the pathogenesis of missed abortion by observe the changes of D-dimer(D-D/R)and fibrinogen(Fib)in venous blood of patients with threatened abortion,missed abortion and late pregnancy.Methods:80 cases of threatened abortion,80 cases of missed abortion and 100 cases of late pregnancy were selected. D-dimer and fibrinogen of venous blood were detected of all the patients.Results:①There was no significant difference between D-D/R of the threatened abortion group and the missed abortion group(P>0.05).There were differences between normal pregnancy and threatened abortion,missed abortion(P<0.05).②There were significant differences of fibrinogen between the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:There was no correlation between missed abortion and the expression of D-dimer.D-dimmer and fibrinogen were correlated with high blood coagulation state in late pregnancy.关键词
