The diagnostic value of prenatal ultrasound in twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the sonographic features of ultrasound diagnosis of twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome,to evaluate the value of prenatal ultrasound in twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome(TTTS).Methods:16 twins with TTTS diagnosed by ultrasound were selected,we summarized and contrasted ultrasonographic characteristics,made follow-up of surgical pathologic results,and compared the postnatal situation.Results:In this study,according to the ultrasonic characteristics of TTTS,ultrasonic diagnosis accuracy rate for TTTS was 88.9%.Conclusion:Prenatal diagnosis by ultrasound had a high clinical value to TTTS.It can make early diagnosis,and guide the clinical intrauterine treatment of effective and timely termination of pregnancy,and it had important significance to reduce perinatal mortality.关键词
