Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of mesenteric lymphadenitis. Methods:60 cases of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis from August 2010 to August 2010 adopted many section of high frequency ultrasound scan of mesenteric lymph nodes images,and the determination of swollen lymph node position,diameter and aspect ratio and blood flow signals of lymph node.Results:The children with mesenteric lymphadenitis had oval intumescent lymph node and blood flow signal in periumbilical and right lower abdomen.Conclusion:High-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of mesenteric lymphadenitis had higher accuracy and significant implications for clinical treatment,worth clinical promotion.关键词
