胸部CT对于肺结核的诊断价值
The diagnostic value of chest CT on tuberculosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the value of chest CT in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.Methods:133 cases of diagnosed patients after treatment nearly five years were collected in this paper,at the same time it had confirmed and reviewd CT films.Results:121 cases of correct diagnosis,12 cases were misdiagnosed through CT examination,the diagnostic accuracy as high as 90.7% . Conclusion:Chest CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis has a high value,with the advantage of determine whether the lesion exist,lesion form,form of tuberculosis,pulmonary complications,differential diagnosis and therapeutic effect observation.For individual diagnosis ambiguous cases should be closely combined with medical history,the experimental treatment,follow-up and strive to achieve early diagnosis and early treatment.关键词
