摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the pulse pressure and serum concentrations of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in different age groups. Methods:The patients were selected from 2010 to 2012,exclusion of acute inflammation, infection, trauma and use of hormone therapy in hypertensive patients,in 65 years as the boundary, the elderly group of 413 cases,342 cases were in the young group, two groups were observed in pulse compression;pulse pressure was greater than 40 mmHg and the exclusion of acute inflammation, infection, trauma and the use of hormone therapy in patients with essential hypertension were elected to the pulse pressure observed object,a total of 391 cases,to 65 years old were divided into the elderly group of 187 cases and 204 cases were in the young group, observing serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein concentrations. Results:The old age group increased pulse pressure were significantly higher than the young group (P<0.05);the old age group of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein concentrations were significantly higher than the young group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The elderly pulse pressure and serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein concentrations were significantly higher than the young crowd.关键词
