Abstract
Hand foot and mouth disease is a common infectious disease caused by a variety of intestinal virus.The disease is caused by intestinal viruses amounted with more than 20 species.The Coxsackie A16 and EV71 are the most common type.The disease occurs in summer and autumn,mainly occurs among infants and preschool children.It can be transmitted through the air, saliva and feces,and it can cause hand,foot,mouth and other parts of the rash and herpes.A minority of children can be combined with myocarditis,pulmonary edema,aseptic meningitis and other complications.Some individual children of severe illness with rapid disease progression can lead to death.33 children with hand,foot and mouth disease were selected from April to October 2014,and all of them for health education and carefully nursing on the basis of antiviral and symptomatic treatment.they all recovered.No nosocomial infection and death occured,and the nursing played an important role in improving the cure rate and preventing the spread of the disease.关键词
