Abstract
Objective:To summarize the experience of the acute care of patients with cerebral embolism in atrial fibrillation,to further improve the quality of care.Methods:90 patients with atrial fibrillation with cerebral embolism were selected from August 2013 to September 2014.There were 58 males and 32 females,aged from 46 to 79 years,mean 63.3 years.All patients were given blood pressure,improving brain circulation,anti-free radical treatment.While in treatment,strengthening psychological care, strengthening routine care,intensive care observation,timely writting nursing records,developping a detailed mission and rehabilitation programs.Results:This group of 90 patients with treatment and care,33 cases were cured,the cure rate was 36.7%, significant progress in 27 cases(30% ),progress in 27 cases(30% ),invalid in 2 cases(2.2% ),1 cases of death(1.1% ).The total efficiency of 96.7% .Conclusion:Strengthening psychological care,strengthening routine care,intensive care observation,timely writting nursing records,developping a detailed mission and rehabilitation programs can significantly improve the effectiveness and quality of care for the treatment of patients with cerebral embolism in atrial fibrillation.It significantly improved the prognosis of patients.It is worth promoting.关键词
