临床护理路径在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用
Application of clinical nursing path on patients with lumbar disc herniation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:80 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation from April 2013 to July 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group adopts the nursing model guided by clinical nursing path,the control group adopted the traditional medical care.The hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses and patient satisfaction and health education knowledge of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The hospitalization days,hospitalization costs of the observation group had decreased significantly compared with that of the control group(P<0.01).The patients satisfaction and health education knowledge of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical nursing path could improve the satisfaction degree of the patients with lumbar disc herniation and mastering the health education and shorten the length of hospital stay and reduce the hospitalization expenses at the same time,which was superior to the traditional nursing mode.关键词
