社区护理干预对老年高血压生活质量影响分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of community nursing intervention on the life quality of elderly hypertension patients. Methods:124 cases of elderly hypertension patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 62 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing care,the observation group were given community nursing intervention,the life quality and blood pressure changes before and after the nursing of the two groups were compared.Results:The healthy feeling (89.36± 5.37) score,body feeling(83.67±6.68) score,the sleep state (88.45±6.43) score,life satisfaction (91.81±5.49) score,cognitive function (88.64 ± 5.52) score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The diastolic blood pressure (83.28 ± 10.26)mmHg,systolic blood pressure (128.89 ± 10.25)mmHg of the observation group after nursing were better than those of before treatment(t=8.918 1,15.144 4,P<0.05) and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community nursing intervention in patients with elderly hypertension not only could control their blood pressure effectively but also improve their living habits and the quality of life.关键词
