Incidence investigation of late onset of hypogonadism in middle-aged men of jihua community
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the incidence investigation of late onset of hypogonadism(Late Onset of Hypogonadism,LOH) in middle-aged men of jihua community in jilin city.Methods:632 cases of 40~70 years old middle-aged male from July 2013 to November 2014 accepted the survey of middle-aged man symptoms(AMS) and the international questionnaire of erectile function and the level determination of serum total testosterone(TT).Results:The LOH positive rate of 63.13% in AMS screening,the ED positive rate was 76.50%.There was no statistically significant difference of total testosterone(TT) among different age groups. Conclusion:The LOH positive rate of LOH in middle-aged men of jihua community in jilin city was high than other domestic reports and the incidence of ED was similar to other reported.关键词
