妇科护理过程中患者隐私保护的探讨
Discussion on the protection of patient privacy in the process of gynecological nursing
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the patient privacy protection in the process of gynecological nursing.Methods:108 gynecological patients were selected from October 2013 to October 2014.All patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the proportion of 1:1.The control group with 54 cases were without privacy protection.The study group with 54 patients were treated with strengthen privacy protection.Results:The intrusion of personal privacy and medical malpractice occured of patients in the study group were significantly less than the control group,the consciousness of protecting the privacy of patients was obviously higher than that of the control group,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:To strengthen the protection of patient privacy during gynecological nursing work can make the patient rights safeguarded,contribute to the harmony between doctors and patients and reduce the incidence of medical disputes.关键词
