质量控制小组管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用价值以及效果评析
Analysis of the value and effect of quality control team management in the operating room nursing management

Abstract
Objective:To explore the value and effect of quality control team management in the operating room nursing management.Methods:The operating room was divided into six groups,to create the head nurse-quality controller-specialist leader leader for the structure of three quality management and control system,thus to strictly control the quality of nursing in operation room,comparison of management mode before and after the application of the probability of occurrence of adverse events and each index score.Results:After the quality control team management the incidence of adverse application had been corresponding control,every evaluation index and model application had a certain degree of change,there was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Quality control management can promote the development of care,make care more standardized,improve management efficiency and quality of patient care,and can be widely applied.关键词
