摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze and explore the application of cephalosporin antibiotics in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:340 patients were selected from January to October 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 170 cases in each.The control group used the traditional drug treatment,the observation group used cephalosporin antibiotics treatment.The treatment effects,treatment costs,adverse reaction incidence rates and infection rates of patients in two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the hospitalization time of the observation group was obviously shortened,the treatment cost was significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients in the two groups had no significant difference in the adverse reaction incidence rates.The patients in two groups had no infection, the infection rates were 0.Conclusion:In order to control the quality cost and improve the treatment effect,it can limited using cephalosporin antibiotics treatment in clinical obstetrics and gynecology.关键词
