摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of intravenous medication on the treatment of upper respiratory infection.Methods:120 patients with acute respiratory infection were selected from February 2013 to June 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each. The control group was given oral administration method, and the observation group was given intravenous administration method. The courses of two groups were less than or equal to 5 days. Results:The cough disappeared time of the observation group was (5.0±1.0)days,the pharyngalgia disappear time was (3.7±0.6) days, the body ache disappear time was (1.1 ± 0.4) days, the fever disappeared time was (1.0 ± 0.2)days.The cough disappeared time of the control group was (5.2 ± 1.2)days,the pharyngalgia disappear time was (3.7 ± 0.7)days,the body ache disappear time was (1.9 ± 0.5)days,the fever disappeared time was (1.8 ± 0.4)days.The cough, pharyngalgia, body ache disappeared times of two groups were compared with no statistical significance(P>0.05).But the fever disappeared time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.3%,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion:The clinical curative effect difference between intravenous medication and oral medication is small, only the aspect of pyretolysis is faster.According to the specific situation of patients with upper respiratory infection, hyperpyrexia patients should be considered for intravenous administration. It generally takes the oral administration.关键词
