Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect and reliability of sitagliptin combined treatment of type 2 diabetes with single oral medicine poor treatment effect.Methods:60 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected from April 2013 to April 2014.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each according to the admission number.The control group was given single oral medicine metformin treatment.The observation group was given combined sitagliptin treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of patients in two groups were compared. Results:After the patients in two groups received 10 weeks treatment,the BMI,fasting blood glucose,diet after 2 hours blood glucose,HbA1C and the incidence rate of hypoglycemia of the control group were significantly decreased than before treatment,The above index of the observation group were significantly decreased than before treatment.The diet after 2 hours C peptide and fasting C peptide of patients in two groups were compared,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After 10 weeks treatment, the BMI,fasting blood glucose,diet after 2 hours blood glucose,HbA1C of the observation group and the control group were compared with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of type 2 diabetes,it can use sitagliptin combined single oral medicine treatment methods.It can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients,and improve the prognosis quality.It is worth popularizing in clinic.关键词
