兰索拉唑治疗消化道溃疡上消化道出血综合疗效分析
Comprehensive treatment effect analysis of lansoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of using lansoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:82 patients with peptic ulcer combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected from August 2013 to July 2014.They were divided into the control group and the treatment group by using random numbers.The treatment group was given lansoprazole treatment,the control group was given famotidine treatment.Results:The clinical treatment effective rate of the treatment group was 92.7%,the clinical treatment effective rate of the control group was 63.4%,the clinical treatment effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying lansoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding has good clinical effect.It can improve the symptoms of patients,and its security is higher.关键词
