噻托溴铵联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of tiotropium bromide combined with seretide inhalation therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected from 2012 January to 2014 January,they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 30 cases in each group,the control group was given the seretide,and the experimental group was given tiotropium bromide combined with seretide inhalation therapy,we compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,in experimental group,FEV1,FEV1/FVC index were significantly elevated,in the experimental group,the clinical symptoms were improved obviously,differences between groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with seretide single drug treatment,curative effect of tiotropium bromide combined with seretide inhalation therapy was better,the clinical symptoms were obviously improved,the treatment was effective and safe,and it was suitable for clinical application.关键词
